Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Teach Computer Science to classes 9-11 (IGCSE curriculum)

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans, aligning with IGCSE syllabus

- Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve curriculum goals

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 2+ years of teaching experience (IGCSE or equivalent curriculum)

- Strong knowledge of IGCSE Computer Science syllabus (0410/0984)

- Excellent technical expertise in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python)

- Familiarity with educational technology and software development tools

- Effective communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills

- Commitment to ongoing professional development

Preferred Qualifications:

- Teaching certification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE)

- Experience with international curricula (e.g., IB, AP)

- Familiarity with coding languages (e.g., C++, JavaScript)

- Previous experience in a similar school setting
