Role Description
The Construction Worker role at Supply Axis is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The worker will perform a range of construction tasks such as assisting with building structures, preparing and cleaning work sites, loading and unloading materials, and operating basic hand and power tools under supervision. Daily activities may include masonry work, flooring installation, supporting renovation projects, mixing and applying construction materials, and following site instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, proper use of personal protective equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Construction Worker will collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess practical construction skills, including Construction and Renovation work.
- Candidates should possess trade-specific skills such as Masonry and Flooring.
- Candidates should possess basic Research skills to follow instructions, learn site procedures, and understand materials and tools.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of workplace safety practices and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Candidates should possess physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and working in outdoor conditions.
- Candidates should possess reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow directions and work as part of a diverse team.
- Prior experience on construction sites or in general labor roles is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are an advantage.
