We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Demand Planner(Retail) with experience in Retail Demand Planning to join our team in Istanbul.

Job Description:

As a Junior Demand Planner(Retail) at Slimstock, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality consultancy services to our clients in the retail and FMCG sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

The main responsibility is to initiate and lead inventory and forecasting improvement projects. The responsibility starts with assistance at the pre-sales stage, through the analysis of the current situation through the design of the solution up to its implementation by using the capabilities of Slim4.

Analyzing clients' inventory management practices and supply chain processes.
Experience of allocation planning, replenishment, and promotional planning.
Implementing Slimstock ’s solutions to optimize inventory levels and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborating with clients to understand their unique challenges and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Conducting training sessions and workshops to empower clients with the knowledge to manage their supply chains effectively.
Monitoring and evaluating the impact of implemented solutions and making adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Maximum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the retail or FMCG sectors.
Experience of allocation planning, replenishment strategies, and promotional planning.
Enthusiasm for demand planning and a commitment to continuously improving in this area.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
Reside in Istanbul Anatolian side, Turkey.
Willingness and ability to travel as required for client engagements and project needs.
