The Consultant Psychiatrist Will Join a Specialist Mental Health Service Delivering Care Across a Diverse Range Of Forensic And Secure Environments, Including

High-security inpatient units
Secure rehabilitation services
Extended treatment programs
Prison-based mental health services
Statewide services for individuals with intellectual disability
Provide **senior medical leadership** within a high-security inpatient forensic setting
Deliver expert psychiatric assessment, treatment, and risk management
Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, coordinated, high-quality care
Contribute to **clinical governance**, service development, and quality improvement
Supervise and educate medical and clinical staff, supporting workforce development
