ROLE OVERVIEW The successful candidate will provide consultant-level Internal Medicine and comprehensive adult medical care within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive consultant-level care for adult patients with acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions. Lead inpatient medical rounds, clinical assessment, diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge coordination. Manage complex comorbidities including diabetes, hypertension, infections, cardiovascular disease, renal disorders, and other internal medicine conditions. Evaluate and manage undifferentiated medical presentations and coordinate appropriate specialist referrals. Provide continuity of care across inpatient, outpatient, and follow-up settings. Collaborate with subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient management. Supervise junior doctors and support clinical education and evidence-based medical practice. Participate in clinical governance, audits, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives. Maintain accurate EMR documentation, medication safety, and compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
