Lowen Talent has partnered with a leading British recruitment company with an established base in Dubai, and they're looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join their growing international team.
You'll continue working the UK education market from Dubai, meaning you don't need to learn a completely new market or start again from scratch. You can take the experience, relationships and knowledge you've already built and put them to work in a tax-free environment.

Who they're looking for
- Minimum 6 months' experience in education recruitment
- Experience in FE, SEN or compulsory education recruitment will all be considered
- A proven billing track record and a genuine understanding of the UK education market
- Ambitious, driven and motivated by earning potential
- Confident, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience working a 360 or delivery-focused desk
- Someone who wants to build a successful recruitment career internationally
- Open to relocating and embracing the Emirati lifestyle
What the role involves
- Continuing to recruit into the UK education market from Dubai
- Building and developing relationships with schools, colleges and education providers
- Developing new business and maximising existing client relationships
- Sourcing, screening and placing high-quality candidates into education roles
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
- Working towards and exceeding billing targets
- Building a strong network across your specialist education market
- Working alongside a supportive, ambitious and genuinely social international team
