About The Role

The successful candidate will work with consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

The role supports internationally trained clinicians working with a diverse patient population in a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will work with consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage cranial, spinal, neurovascular, neuro-oncology, and neurotrauma cases according to expertise.
- Perform neurosurgical procedures with safe patient selection, consent, and perioperative planning.
- Coordinate care with neurology, intensive care, radiology, oncology, rehabilitation, and emergency teams.
- Manage acute neurological deterioration, postoperative care, complications, and long-term follow-up.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences, tumor boards, and trauma pathways.
- Support surgical governance, infection control, audit, and patient safety initiatives.
- Hold a recognized specialist qualification such as an American Board, UK CCT or FRCS, European or national board certification, Canadian Royal College certification, Australian FRACS, Arab Board, MCh, DNB, FCPS, or equivalent.
- Be eligible for UAE licensing and facility credentialing.
