About The Role
An internationally accredited UAE healthcare provider is expanding orthopedic outpatient, trauma, and elective surgical services.
The role supports internationally trained clinicians working with a diverse patient population in a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will work with consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

The role supports internationally trained clinicians working with a diverse patient population in a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will work with consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal injuries, degenerative disease, fractures, and orthopedic conditions.
- Perform orthopedic procedures according to subspecialty scope, including arthroscopy, arthroplasty, trauma fixation, or hand and foot procedures.
- Evaluate surgical candidates, obtain informed consent, and guide perioperative care.
- Collaborate with radiology, anesthesia, physiotherapy, sports medicine, and rehabilitation teams.
- Provide outpatient follow-up, functional recovery plans, and complication management.
- Participate in surgical audit, theater safety, infection prevention, and clinical governance.
- Hold a recognized orthopedic specialist qualification such as an American Board, UK CCT or FRCS, European or national board certification, Canadian Royal College certification, Australian FRACS, Arab Board, MS, DNB, FCPS, or equivalent.
- Be eligible for UAE licensing and facility credentialing.
