SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly experienced Consultant Pediatric Surgeon (Western Qualified) on behalf of a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will diagnose and surgically manage a wide range of congenital and acquired pediatric conditions while working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety. Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent). Western Board Certification in Pediatric Surgery (American Board, UK CCT, Canadian, Australian, Irish, or equivalent recognized qualification). Minimum 5 years of post-board certification experience as a Consultant Pediatric Surgeon. Eligibility for DHA, DOH, or MOH Consultant License. Extensive experience in neonatal surgery, pediatric minimally invasive surgery, and emergency pediatric surgical procedures. Expertise in managing complex congenital anomalies and pediatric trauma is highly desirable. Excellent surgical, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and family-centered care. Previous experience in a tertiary children’s hospital or JCI-accredited healthcare facility is highly preferred.
