About the position:

We are looking for an energetic and tech-savvy Content Design & Production talent to join our team in Sandefjord. This role is designed for an ambitious creative looking for hands-on, high-visibility experience across digital marketing, presentation development, design, content creation and events. You will work directly with leadership to keep our communications and digital presence running smoothly.

Main responsibilities:

Presentation & Visual Design (Core Focus)

• Presentation Layout: Develop, format, and polish high-impact presentation decks for leadership, investors and clients.

• Graphic & Digital Assets: Create visual content for web, social channels and marketing collateral.

Digital Marketing & Content Execution

• Social Media Management: Plan, write, and schedule engaging content (primarily LinkedIn) to strengthen our brand presence.

Media Production & Event Support

• Media & Podcast Support: Assist with basic photo/video capture, editing, content structuring and interview preparation.

• PR & Communications: Help draft internal updates, press releases and media outreach.

• Event Logistics: Provide hands-on creative and operational support for company events and webinars.

Your profile:

• Education & Experience: Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media or Design (or equivalent practical experience)

• Design Proficiency: High comfort level with presentation tools and basic graphic design software.

• Software & Platforms: Practical experience managing social media platforms and familiarity with basic audio/video editing tools.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills

• Mindset: Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented and reliable with task deadlines
