  • Harness & Systems Fabrication: Build, rout, wire, and modify high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical distribution harnesses, connectors, and avionics assemblies.

  • Prototyping & Assembly: Install electrical, electronic, instrument, and battery management systems (BMS) into composite airframes in accordance with engineering schematics and standard wiring practices.

  • Bonding & Grounding: Execute precision electrical bonding, grounding, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/HIRF) protection measures tailored for carbon-fiber structures.

  • System Testing & Inspection: Perform continuity, insulation resistance (Megger), high-pot testing, and system functional checks on high-voltage and avionics circuits prior to ground/flight test runs.

  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and rectify electrical, instrument, and system faults during assembly, bench-testing, and flight-test operations.

  • Quality & Documentation: Maintain complete, accurate maintenance and assembly logs, non-conformance reports, and sign-offs compliant with EASA Part-21 (G/J) / Part-145 frameworks.

Your profile:

Required Qualifications:

  • Norwegian vocational qualification (Fagbrev i flyavionikerfaget) or equivalent foreign qualification, OR an EASA Part-66 Category B2 / Category A license (or equivalent military/practical avionics assembly experience).

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in aircraft electrical/avionics wiring, assembly or line/base maintenance.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics, wiring manual diagrams and engineering change orders (ECOs).

  • Demonstrated experience with crimping, soldering, harness looming and aerospace connector assembly (e.g., MIL-DTL specs).

  • Fluent in English (our primary working language). Norwegian language skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience with High-Voltage (HV) systems, electric powertrains or battery systems in aviation or EV motorsport environments.
