We are expanding our teams in our Contracts and Procurement department of GMV, to support the selection and negotiation of contracts and agreements with GMV partners for different business opportunities. To suport this we are looking for a Contracts Officer to join our team! If you want to know more about us go to GMV website. WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON? Preparation, review and negotiation of terms and conditions of business agreements with customers and partners (Contracts, NDA, MOU, etc.). Support the projects and proposal managers to resolve contractual issues during project execution and proposal preparation. WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? We require the following knowledge and experience: Good background on Commercial Law practices, specially on international commerce. Preferably with a Degree/Master in Laws. Notions on business administration and accounting practices. Excellent command of German and English written and spoken, specifically in the applicable professional fields of the vacancy. Empathy and good negotiation skills. We would also value the following knowledge and experience: Kowledge of the Space sector or similar industrial backgrounds We will also require an ability to travel: The work will mostly be based on GMV Premises, but short (2-3 days) business travels may be required with certain frequency (8-12 travels per year).
