If you’re the engineer at your integrator who walks the job down, prices it and then leads the build, this is the step where an office gets built around you.

A vendor independent integrator opened in Ruston a few years back and has more automation work coming in than the current team can lead. You’d scope, quote and run projects from design through startup, be the person clients call first and bring on the engineers who join after you. You don’t need to have run a team before. They want someone ready for it and will grow the team with you over time.

The company has been going for decades. It delivered 270 projects last year and finished the year very strong.

Most of the work is specialty chemicals and pulp and paper, but there is a healthy variety in the client base.

Medical premium is paid in full on the base plan, the 401(k) match is good and the profit share has paid out in all but one recent year.

If you're not local, Ruston is a clean college town and home to Louisiana Tech. The cost of living is low, families buy land and Monroe airport is a short drive away. Relocation is reimbursed.

You’ll have five years or more at a systems integrator leading PLC or DCS projects. You’ll read P&IDs and panel drawings and you’ll be good in front of a client. Get in touch and I’ll tell you more about the team.
