Corporate FSQA Officer

About the Role

Following an internal development opportunity, JBS Australia is seeking a motivated and dedicated professional to join our Group Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) Team as a Corporate FSQA Officer – Sales Support. Based at our Northern Operations head office in Riverview and reporting to the Group FSQA Manager, this role is ideal for someone looking to grow their FSQA career within a large, multi-site, multi-brand global organisation.

As the Corporate FSQA Officer - Sales Support, you will play a critical role in supporting JBS Australia's food safety, quality assurance and customer satisfaction objectives across our Northern and Southern operations. Working closely with plant teams, sales departments and customers, you will manage customer enquiries and quality related matters, support compliance activities and ensure customer and regulatory requirements are met.

You will prepare and analyse quality and performance data, identify trends and opportunities for improvement and provide insights that support operational and business performance. The role will also involve supporting market access requirements, customer accreditation processes and quality system initiatives across the business.

As part of the Group FSQA team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting systems, dashboards and digital tools, helping to enhance data visibility, reporting efficiency and decision-making. This is a diverse and rewarding role that offers exposure to multiple sites, brands and stakeholders while supporting the continued success of JBS Australia.

About You

• Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a broader team
• Demonstrated organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance requirements in the Australian meat export industry (advantageous)
• Knowledge of Australian animal welfare requirements (advantageous)
• Ability to travel to plant and customer sites (essential)
