Manage the interview process, maintain timely feedback, and provide hiring teams with clear candidate information and recommendations. Extend approved offers, support compensation discussions, and work with candidates and hiring managers to address questions and facilitate offer acceptance. Build and maintain candidate pipelines across corporate and business functions for current and future hiring needs. Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, disposition, and recruiting activity within the ATS. Stay informed about talent trends, competitor activity, candidate availability, and market conditions to provide practical guidance to hiring teams.
