Key Responsibilities

The position focuses on delivering professional customer support in Italian and English while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist customers in Italian and English with their questions and requests.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian.
• Proficient English.
• Comfortable working within a 24/7 rotational schedule.
• Willingness to work occasional night shifts, including 22:00–07:00.
• Availability to work on-site in Porto, Portugal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• 24/7 operational coverage.
• Two rotational days off per week.
• Occasional overnight shifts.
