AKME Group is a UAE-based hospitality and F&B company operating a portfolio of premium specialty coffee, café, and lifestyle brands, including Bayn Coffee, Sigma Café, Daily Press, Form Roastery, Drip Coffee, and Super Fine Gelato.

We are seeking an experienced and creative Content Creator (Photographer & Videographer) to join our team in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality photography, videography, and engaging digital content across our brands.

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional photographs and videos featuring specialty coffee, food, beverages, products, and café environments.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and promotional content.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for product launches, marketing campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
• Conduct photoshoots and video productions across multiple café locations.
• Capture lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, and brand storytelling content.
• Edit and retouch photographs and videos to maintain premium visual standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure content aligns with brand identity.
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in photography, videography, and content creation.
• Previous professional experience in specialty coffee shops, cafés, restaurants, or the food and beverage industry is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in food photography, beverage photography, videography, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent software.
• Proven experience creating high-quality Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and digital marketing content.
• Ability to independently plan, shoot, and edit professional visual content.
• Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and understanding of premium F&B branding.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must be based in Al Ain or willing to relocate.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating previous F&B photography and videography work is mandatory.
