Location: Hickman Hospital Department: Anesthesia Weekly Hours: 40 Status: Full time Shift: Days (United States of America) Sign On Bonus: Job Requisition Qualifies for Sign on Bonus Bonus Amount: Up to $80,000 Job Summary: A ProMedica Physician’s Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is key member of a patient centric care delivery model for high quality and service within a healthcare setting. Performs at or above the standards of care set for the superior patient experience in clinical and non-clinical settings. Able to proficiently and effectively navigate through multiple information technology platforms and applications to provide and support best practices/protocols, value-based care, supporting, implementing, and demonstrating the Core Values of ProMedica. Work in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons and other physicians and medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for a variety of procedures. Hickman Hospital: Hickman Hospital is a newly constructed and state of the art facility. The hospital has best in class anesthesia equipment, machines, and supplies. Hickman Hospital has a strong case mix, which includes general surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy, gynecologic, urology, cataracts, ENT, cardiology, and vascular across a variety of age groups. Hickman Hospital is located on a 100+ acre campus including walking trails, a boundless playground, YMCA of Lenawee County and more, all located in the heart of Lenawee County. Doctoral degree from an accredited CRNA program. Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in the state of practice. Registered Nurse (RN) licensure—must meet applicable state or compact licensure requirements. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
