Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Support customers via phone, email, or chat
Provide assistance and solutions regarding products or services
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Work closely with international teams in a fast-paced environment

Work Setup

40 hours per week
8 hours per day / 5 days per week
What We Are Looking For
Fluent Croatian (C1–C2)
Good level of
English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization
Willingness to
relocate to Greece
