We're looking for a Ukrainian speaker to join a growing multilingual team as a CS in Lisbon, Portugal.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve their questions and issues with professionalism and care.
Key responsibilities:
We partner with leading international employers to connect multilingual talent with career opportunities across Europe. We support candidates throughout the entire application and onboarding process, from first interview to relocation (where applicable).
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve their questions and issues with professionalism and care.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email
- Provide accurate, friendly, and efficient support
- Keep internal systems updated with case details
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Fluent Ukrainian, English, with strong English communication skills
- Eligible to work in the EU (EU citizenship, valid work permit, or equivalent)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Work model: On-Site
