German-speaking Customer Service Representative – Lisbon, Portugal

Schedule: Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday

Your Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
Deliver a positive customer experience through professional and empathetic communication
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases efficiently
Maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Fluent German (C1 level or higher)
Good English level (B2–C1)
Previous customer service or contact center experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
Flexible and comfortable working in rotational schedules
