ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced CT Modality Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of our CT services across our Apex Radiology locations. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining clinical expertise with team leadership, quality oversight, and service development. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient workflow management, and the safe, effective use of CT equipment, while supporting the ongoing growth and optimisation of CT services across the business. Key Responsibilities: Leading and coordinating CT operations across sites, ensuring high-quality imaging, workflow efficiency, and service delivery Supervising and supporting the CT team, including performance reviews, and ongoing development Maintaining clinical excellence by ensuring evidence-based protocol development, correct scanning techniques, quality control procedures, and accurate documentation Acting as a key point of contact for operational issues, including after-hours support and equipment troubleshooting Collaborating with Radiologists, technical teams, and stakeholders to support service delivery and continuous improvement Driving quality initiatives, audits, and compliance with regulatory and company standards Supporting the growth of CT services, including input into new site planning, equipment selection, and technology advancements To be a valued member of our Apex Radiology Leadership Team About You Bachelor of Medical Imaging or equivalent (minimum of 10 years of industry experience and minimum of 5 years CT experience) Current AHPRA registration Western Australian Radiation Use Licence (or eligibility) Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, support, and develop high-performing teams Strong clinical knowledge with a commitment to quality, safety, and patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities Confident working across RIS/PACS systems and Microsoft Office programs A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and service development For You Visa sponsorship and relocation support available for the right candidate!
