Schedule: Monday–Friday, with additional hours as project needs require

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $28–$32, depending on experience

What You'll Be Responsible For
Install custom handrail and railing systems for high-end residential projects, including new builds and renovations.
Work with a variety of materials, including wood, metal, glass, and cable railing systems.
Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project layouts to ensure accurate installations.
Take precise measurements and apply mathematical and geometric concepts to achieve proper fit and alignment.
Follow applicable building codes, project specifications, and installation standards.
Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe throughout each project.
Coordinate with the Installation Manager regarding project progress, materials, and installation needs.
Deliver professional workmanship while maintaining a positive customer experience.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of handrail installation experience — required.
Strong background in finish carpentry, trim work, and detailed installations.
Experience with over-the-post and curved handrail systems is preferred.
Ability to read blueprints, interpret layouts, and take accurate measurements.
Strong math and geometry skills for precise installation work.
Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work in active construction environments.
Willingness to travel frequently, with travel exceeding 75% of the time.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
Work Environment
This is a hands-on, field-based position that requires travel to project sites and the ability to work in active construction environments. Additional hours may be needed depending on project schedules.
