What You'll Do
As a Customer Advisor, you will support customers through multiple communication channels while delivering high-quality service and maintaining a professional customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services
Providing timely and accurate support via phone, email, and chat
Managing customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
Following internal procedures and quality standards
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
What We're Looking For
Fluent German and Dutch skills (spoken and written)
Good English communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities
Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and available for rotating shifts
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Important Conditions – Please Read Carefully
To ensure transparency from the beginning, candidates must be comfortable with the following mandatory conditions:
24/7 rotating shift schedule
Initial contract structure: 1-month 3-month 6-month contracts
First month of training fully on-site in Ghent
After training: hybrid model with only 1 remote workday per week
Video interview required
Reference letter from previous employer required

Daily working time: 7 hours 30 minutes
Lunch break: 30 minutes
