Customer Advisor with Swedish (relocation opportunities)

We are currently looking for Swedish-speaking candidates for opportunities in Greece, with additional roles and relocation options in Bulgaria. We’ll help you find the opportunity that fits your interests, location preferences, and experience.

What will you do?

You’ll help customers get the most out of the products and services they use, representing an international brand and making everyday interactions easier.

Depending on the project, you will:

• Support customers in Swedish through phone, email, and chat;
• Answer questions about products, services, orders, or accounts;
• Resolve customer concerns and provide clear, practical guidance;
• Assist with technical enquiries following your training;
• Keep accurate records and work with your team to resolve cases.

What do you need?

• Swedish at C1 level or above, written and spoken;
• English at B2 level or above for training and internal communication;
• A helpful attitude and confidence communicating with people;
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn;
• The right to live and work in the destination country.

You don’t need a university degree or previous customer support experience. Paid training will help you build the knowledge and confidence you need.
