BAB Consult is recruiting German-speaking professionals for customer experience opportunities with an established international employer in Greece.

The opportunity:

You will be the person customers turn to when they need clarity, guidance, or a solution. From answering a straightforward question to resolving a more complex issue, your work will help customers feel heard and confident about their next steps.

Depending on the project, you may support customers with products, services, account enquiries, or technical questions.

Your responsibilities:

• Communicate with German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, depending on the project.
• Understand each enquiry, ask relevant questions and provide clear, accurate guidance.
• Resolve issues within your scope and coordinate with colleagues when further support is needed.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established quality and data protection standards.
• Develop your product knowledge and contribute to a reliable, consistent customer experience.

What you bring:

• Excellent spoken and written German.
• A good command of English for training and internal communication.
• The ability to listen carefully, explain clearly, and remain composed in challenging conversations.
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
• A responsible approach to work and a willingness to develop.
• Availability to live and work in Greece, with the required work authorisation.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or a similar role is valuable. Candidates starting their careers are also welcome: structured training will help you build the knowledge needed for the role.
