About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a leading Outsourcing/BPO company looking for a German-speaking Customer Care Consultant to join their team in Bucharest.

In this role, you will provide professional customer and operational support to business clients, drivers, fuel stations, and partners across Europe, handling account, transaction, and service-related enquiries via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
• Support clients with account-related questions, transactions, balances, and service usage
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer-related issues
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions within agreed service standards
• Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
• Use multiple internal systems and tools to manage customer requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently
• Maintain professional, clear, and customer-focused communication
• Work in accordance with SLA, quality, and operational requirements
  

Requirements

• German: C1/C2 level
• English: C1 level
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and digital tools
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• CRM experience is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment
• Legal right to work in Romania
• Based in Bucharest or willing to relocate
