Apply now We usually respond within a day Position : Customer Care Consultant Location: hybrid/remote possible after training period; on-site in Bucharest, Romania (performance dependant) Employment type : Full-time Remuneration : Base salary + bonuses What you’ll be doing: Handle inbound customer requests via phone and email Support clients with account-related enquiries, transactions, balances and service usage Investigate and resolve operational and customer-related issues Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions within agreed service standards Maintain accurate customer and case documentation in internal systems Work with multiple internal systems and tools to manage customer requests Collaborate with internal departments to support effective resolution of complex cases Ensure professional and customer-focused communication throughout each interaction Work in line with SLA, quality, and operational requirements. What you bring: German language proficiency at C1/C2 level + English C1 level Previous customer service experience is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Good problem-solving and analytical abilities Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools Strong organisational skills and attention to detail CRM experience is considered an advantage Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment Legal right to work in Romania Preferably based in Bucharest or willing to relocate.
