Responsibilities:

Providing support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels - phone, email and chat;
Supporting and expanding the self-serve advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising domain;

Providing product and tool support to improve customers' experience;

Requirements

Native level of Dutch
Fluent level of English (B2)
Previous experience in customer support would be considered a plus.
Passion for customer support, competitive and a risk-taker
At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training
European citizenship or work permit for Portugal
