Responsibilities:
Providing support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels – phone, email and chat;
Supporting and expanding the self-serve advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
Providing pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products;
Providing product and tool support to improve customers’ experience;
Identifying trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients;
Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to the engineering department.
Native level of Dutch
Fluent level of English (B2)
Previous experience in customer support would be considered a plus.
