  • Partner with Business Development and internal teams to tailor each visit to the client, highlighting relevant projects, capabilities, and value propositions

  • Prepare and organize presentation materials, tour routes, and talking points to support impactful client interactions

  • Manage onsite hospitality elements such as catering, room setup, branded materials, and overall client comfort

  • Oversee the sourcing and distribution of branded materials and client takeaways, ensuring alignment with Power Design’s standards

  • Track visit schedules, feedback, and engagement metrics to continuously improve the client experience

  • 3+ years of experience in events, marketing, business development, administrative support, or similar roles—preferably within the construction industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in leading in-person interactions and presentations

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple visits and details simultaneously

  • Professional, polished, and comfortable acting as a brand representative in front of clients
