Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a motivated, analytical, and customer-focused Customer Onboarding Manager to support the launch and adoption of an innovative AI-powered software platform designed for law firms.
The platform helps legal professionals capture billable work from emails, documents, and calls, improving time-entry accuracy and reducing lost billable hours.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth startup who enjoys working directly with customers, solving complex problems, and driving successful product adoption.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of customer onboarding, product training, pilot execution, and activation while helping build scalable customer processes in an early-stage technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding, kickoff meetings, and individual customer setup sessions.
- Guide legal professionals through product configuration, training, and adoption.
- Manage customer pilots from launch through completion, ensuring customers achieve measurable value.
- Monitor customer engagement, identify adoption challenges, and proactively resolve obstacles.
- Build strong relationships with customers, users, and key decision-makers.
- Investigate product-related issues and coordinate solutions with Product and Engineering teams.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Track customer outcomes, demonstrate product ROI, and support conversion from pilot programs to paid subscriptions.
- Develop reusable onboarding materials, customer playbooks, reports, and process automations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve customer activation and overall experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention, referrals, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a reputable high-growth startup.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and competing priorities independently.
- Comfortable working directly with customers throughout the day, including product training, troubleshooting, and follow-up.
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to take initiative and deliver results.
- Genuine interest in AI-powered software, workflow automation, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship.
- Ability to work on-site five days per week in New York City's Financial District.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer success, client services, consulting, software implementation, or business operations.
- Experience managing customer onboarding, product pilots, or technology adoption initiatives.
- Ability to create workflows, operational playbooks, reports, and process automations.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, AI tools, and technology-driven business solutions.
- Strong academic background; a degree from a highly regarded university is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $130,000–$170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Equity: 0.15%–0.30%, subject to company terms.
- Potential additional performance-based bonus.
- Opportunity to influence product development and build customer activation processes as the company grows.
- Direct exposure to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Work Location and Schedule
- New York City – Financial District.
- Full-time, on-site position, five days per week.
- Candidates currently based in New York City are preferred.
- Relocation may be considered for qualified candidates who can meet the company's hiring timeline.
Work Environment
This role involves frequent customer interaction, independent problem-solving, and significant ownership of customer outcomes. The successful candidate will help shape onboarding and activation processes while contributing directly to the growth of an innovative AI technology platform.
