Love helping people and dream of a life by the Mediterranean? Join an international customer service team supporting one of the world's leading online travel platforms. As the first point of contact for German-speaking travellers and accommodation partners, you'll help millions of people enjoy smooth, stress-free trips, from the moment they book to the day they check out.

Your new home will be Athens, the historic heart of Greece. Picture weekends exploring ancient landmarks, evenings in lively neighbourhood tavernas, and quick escapes to nearby beaches and islands, all with sunshine for most of the year.

No previous experience? No problem. We'll give you all the training you need. If you've worked in customer service, a call centre or hospitality, that's a bonus.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers in German and English by phone, email and chat
  • Help with accounts, existing reservations, payments and complaints
  • Handle cancellations and booking changes with care and efficiency
  • Process refunds and find solutions that leave customers satisfied
  • Support accommodation partners with questions about their online accounts
  • Manage customer reviews and provide information on request

What You'll Bring

  • Native or C1+ level German
  • B2+ level English (used for training, overflow support, systems and internal communication)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Confident PC skills, including Windows, basic troubleshooting and keyboard shortcuts
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying calm and organised
  • Eligibility to work in the EU: EU citizenship, a valid work permit card, or a refugee Certificate of Protection
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including occasional weekends and public holidays

What We Offer

  • Competitive monthly salary plus a performance-based productivity bonus
  • Monthly meal allowance
  • Relocation support to help you settle into life in Greece
  • 3 weeks of paid, intensive training in English, followed by a 9-week supported learning period
  • The freedom to work from home anywhere in Greece
  • Possibility of contract extension
  • A friendly, international and multicultural team, with experience in both customer and partner support
