What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front-line ambassador for international clients, delivering seamless support and creating memorable customer experiences.

• Omnichannel Support: Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally across Email, Live Chat, and Phone.
  
• Problem Solving: Assist users with account management, billing queries, order tracking, and basic technical troubleshooting.
  
• Customer Advocacy: Turn frustrated users into loyal brand advocates through empathy, patience, and clear solutions.
  
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and escalate complex technical issues to higher-tier support when required.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous learning and skill-development workshops to master product knowledge.
  

What We Are Looking For:

• Language Skills: Native or fluent (C1/C2) level in one of the following languages: Danish, Dutch, Estonian, French, German, Icelandic, Polish, Russian, Slovak, or Slovenian.
  
• English Proficiency: Good working knowledge of English (B2 or higher) for internal communication and training.
  
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Genuine empathy, active listening skills, and a passion for helping people.
  
• Tech Comfort: Basic digital literacy; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus, but full training is provided.
  
• Relocation Ready: Willingness to relocate to and work onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria for international candidates.
