Customer Relations Associate – Turkish Speaker Location: Bulgaria Overview of the Opportunity: We are currently onboarding professional Turkish speakers to join our customer relations division at our modern facility in Bulgaria. This position focuses on providing premium business-to-consumer support for our global network. No prior experience is necessary; we provide a fully compensated, structured introduction program to give you all the tools needed to succeed. Your Tasks: Assist users and resolve incoming requests through live chat, phone calls, and emails. Deliver a premium customer experience through polite, professional, and efficient communication. Evaluate issues methodically to provide accurate and helpful guidance to clients. Update and organize user case details in the corporate data tracking system. Work productively to reach established internal operational and team targets. Collaborate with international teams when specialized support is needed for a client. Requirements: Strong bilingual or native command of Turkish (C1-C2 level), both spoken and written. B1 level or higher in English for communication with internal tools and staff training. Ready to move, settle down, and develop a professional career path in Bulgaria. Highly responsible individual with the ability to quickly master new software systems. Comfortable working within a fast-moving, multi-ethnic, and collaborative workspace. Prerequisite: Possession of an EU passport or a valid work authorization for Bulgaria is mandatory.
