WHAT YOU NEED Language Skills: Fluency in Danish and very good use of English (both written and spoken). Customer Support Experience: Prior work experience in a customer support role is advantageous. Communication and Problem-Solving: Exceptional communication skills, soft skills, and a problem-solving mentality. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Android OS, advanced PC skills, and a willingness to learn. Team Spirit: Demonstrate genuine ownership and an unbreakable team spirit.
