In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals. What is your role going to look like? Together with your members you will be supporting Dutch speaking market Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in Oracle You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone What can you look forward to? · WELL certified offices .
