Your Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to Japanese-speaking customers via Chat and Email
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds
Who We're Looking For
- Native or fluent Japanese speakers
- JLPT N1/N2 or equivalent Japanese proficiency preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
