About the Role
As a senior individual contributor on a customer success team at a mental health care startup, you will own strategic school and district partnerships and help build the processes that support the team's growth. This role combines hands-on relationship management with developing the playbooks, metrics, and tools that help more students access care.
What You'll Do
Manage a portfolio of strategic school and district partnerships as the main point of contact for counselors and school stakeholders.
Help school partners identify more students who could benefit from care and grow referrals across your portfolio.
Develop playbooks and processes for increasing referral volume and maintaining healthy partnerships.
Create metrics and dashboards that help the team assess school health and prioritize its work.
Use AI tools to automate repetitive workflows.
Share customer feedback with Operations, Product, Growth, and Clinical teams.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of individual contributor experience in customer success or account management, including managing a book of 100 or more accounts and driving upsells.
Experience in an early-stage startup, ideally from Seed through Series B, building processes with limited resources.
A hands-on, proactive approach to account growth, with experience beyond onboarding or general customer experience roles.
Experience in B2B2C or B2C, education technology, K-12, or school-facing partnerships is helpful.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and AI tools.
Interest in improving access to mental health care for children.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $110,000 to $150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Hybrid, with three days per week in the New York City office.
