We are looking for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon and provide an excellent customer experience to Spanish-speaking clients.

Your responsibilities

Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone, email and/or chat.
Assist customers with questions, requests and technical or product-related issues.
Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate solutions.
Handle and resolve complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Follow internal procedures and maintain accurate customer records.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Contribute to high customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Fluent Spanish (C1/C2 level).
Good command of English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not always required.
EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.
