Customer Support Communications Manager

WHAT AWAITS YOU.

• Own and manage Customer Support committees, including meeting planning, facilitation, and coordination of high‑quality presentation materials.
• Oversee committee follow‑up activities and ensure assigned stakeholder deliverables are completed on time.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver all management presentations for US‑A, US‑A‑1, and US‑A‑10. Administer and track event approval processes required within the C4‑US‑A organization.
• Ensure consistent, aligned messaging across all customer support events in support of organizational objectives.
• Create and execute internal and external communication strategies, including associate, leadership, and executive communications.
• Manage communication and coordination between Dealers, BMW NA, and MINI USA to align expectations and outcomes.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in communications, journalism, public relations, media or English preferred.
• Min of 8-10 years experience in: communication / public relations (preferred), or Corporate Strategy, Sales & Service Strategy, strategic Marketing/Brand management, Product Management; Strategy Consulting experiences beneficial

Relocation is available for this position.

The expected salary range for this position is $62,500.00 - $125,000.00.

The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
