Customer Support Specialist (Brazilian Portuguese) – Relocation to Greece

We are looking for Brazilian Portuguese-speaking professionals to join a global team in Athens. In this role, you will support digital platforms by ensuring content quality, user safety, and excellent customer experience.

Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include:

• Reviewing and moderating online content such as ads, posts, comments, and videos to ensure compliance with platform policies
• Monitoring and identifying violations, including intellectual property and trademark issues
• Supporting data collection for machine learning through content review and transcription tasks
• Providing customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls (account-related or payment inquiries)
• Assisting users on social media platforms and virtual environments

What We Offer:

• Gross salary: €1045.72/month
• Performance bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary based on targets
• Relocation package provided
• Meal allowance: Up to €80/month (based on on-site working days)
• Salary increase to €1100 after 12 months
• Salary increase to €1150 after 36 months

Requirements:

• Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (C1/C2)
• Good level of English
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work in shifts (including possible 24/7 schedules depending on project)
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
• Valid documents to work in the EU (or eligibility to obtain them)
