Customer Support with Danish - Relocation to Greece

We are seeking dedicated professionals who are willing to relocate to Greece - we provide a relocation package!

About the project:

You will join a customer support team, helping Danish-speaking customers on behalf of a well-known international brand. Your role will include providing professional support via phone, email or chat, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

For that project you can work remotely (homeoffice) from any place in Greece!

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient customer support in Danish
• Assist customers with questions about products, services, accounts or orders
• Enter all customer contacts into the system
• Manage requests via email and ticketing
• Escalate issues that require further investigation or are beyond your scope of responsibility

What you will need:

• Fluent level of Danish language (at least C1)
• Good level of English language (at least B2)
• Communication skills
• Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
• Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
• Be open to a permanent relocation to Greece - with our excellent relocation package!

What you will gain:

• Standard salary 1300 - 1400 € gross a month (including 2 extra salaries a year granted by a Greek law)
• Performance Bonus up to: 20% of the base salary
• Fully remote work system, with the option to work from anywhere in Greece
• All of the work equipment is sent to you by the employer before your first day!
• Full-time, fixed-term Greek contract with the possibility of converting to a permanent contract after expiration
