Customer Support Specialist Dutch & English Market (Remote from Anywhere in Greece) Start Date: 2 January 2026 Location: Athens, Greece (Remote within Greece) Working Schedule: Monday Sunday, 10:00 19:30 40 hours per week (8 hours per day / 5 days per week) About the Role Join an international Customer Support team providing top-quality assistance to Dutch and English-speaking clients. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats ensuring professional, empathetic, and timely solutions. The role is fully remote for candidates already living in Greece with stable internet connection and a local residence. Requirements Fluency in Dutch (C1+) and English (B2 minimum) Eligibility to work in Greece (valid work permit or EU citizenship) Previous experience in customer service or remote assistance preferred Tech-savvy, reliable internet connection, and comfortable working remotely Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Compensation & Benefits 1,500 gross/month × 14 salaries per year(12 monthly + Easter + Summer & Christmas bonuses) Private health & life insurance Performance bonus (in line with project-specific criteria) 25 days paid annual leave per year Meal voucher: 50 per month Contract Permanent full-time contract under Greek law Standard working conditions: 40 hours per week / 5 days Relocation & Remote Policy For Dutch candidates already residing in Greece with a house, remote work is fully available across all regions of Greece (TBU project eligibility).
