Japanese-speaking Technical Support Specialist – Cloud Services

Location: Athens, Greece

Work Model: On-site / remote

Contract Type: 8-month contract

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, 02:00–11:00

Gross Salary: €1,300 per month

About The Role

We are looking for Japanese-speaking candidates to join an international technical support team for a leading cloud storage service in Athens, Greece.

As a Tier 1 Customer Expert, you will assist Japanese-speaking users with technical issues, account access, file synchronization, and payment or refund-related inquiries through chat, phone, and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email.
• Troubleshoot file synchronization issues between devices and cloud storage.
• Guide users through recovering deleted files.
• Assist with password changes, account recovery, and access issues.
• Handle payment and refund requests professionally.
• Deliver clear and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Japanese proficiency at C1 level.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with cloud storage concepts.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• €1,300 gross monthly salary.
