About the role:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide support to users of a leading e-commerce platform via inbound and outbound calls. You will assist with platform-related inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate cases when necessary.
What you will do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, logistics, and accounts.
- Ensure cases are handled within agreed quality and time standards.
- Escalate complex cases according to company procedures.
What we’re looking for:
- Czech language at C2 level
- English language at B2 level
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Empathy and rational decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage high contact volumes during peak periods.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
What we offer:
- Base salary: 920€ (gross) 14 times per year
- Welcome bonus: 1500€
- Complexity bonus (gross): 45€ x 11
- Meal allowance: 7,23€ per workday (paid in meal card)
- Health insurance
- Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 8:00-17:00 or 9:00-18:00 (rotative shifts), always two days off
