Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Czech and English-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's digital offerings to provide accurate and helpful support. Document all customer interactions and update records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. Participate in training sessions to enhance both product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in both Czech and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in a digital or technology-related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution. Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office suite. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
