Experience in customer service is preferred, particularly within digital platforms or technology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience. Proficient in problem-solving and effectively handling customer inquiries. Experience with customer service software and general tech proficiency. Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
