About the Position We are looking for Danish and English-speaking Product Support Specialists to join an on-site team in Sofia. In this role, you will assist users of wearable technology products, helping them with troubleshooting, product guidance, and general support. You will ensure a smooth and positive customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
Requirements Proficiency in Danish Proficiency in English Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
Additional Information A relocation package is provided, including financial support and temporary accommodation. A performance bonus is available. Training is offered to help you succeed in the role. Salary conditions: paid every 3 weeks.
