Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients via live chat, email, and phone. Assist players with issues related to their gaming accounts, promotions, and technical challenges. Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately and provide feedback on service improvements. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Stay knowledgeable about the products and industry trends to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Danish and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the iGaming sector. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and support. Experience with CRM tools and customer support software preferred. Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new life experience.
